Southern Cross Easy-claim is a convenient way for Southern Cross members to claim for eligible healthcare services at the time of purchase, without completing a claim form.

All you will need to do is let one our staff know if you have Physiotherapy under your Southern Cross Health Insurance. We can then search your claim and if it is eligible and your plan covers you for Physiotherapy, Southern Cross could pay for all or part of the treatment. Please note if you do not have a valid claim you will need to pay for Physiotherapy services as per normal.
